An Indigenous Wisdom Journey Through the Himalayas
Led by Paititi Institute

Nepal offers one of the most profound classrooms for awakening human potential and reconnecting with Mother Earth. The spirituality of the Nepali people, the nourishing ayurvedic cuisine, and the breathtaking Himalayan mountains create a perfect environment for self-realization, reciprocity, and intercultural exchange.
Throughout the journey, participants will be guided in practices rooted in indigenous wisdom traditions—breath awareness, meditation, mantra, and service—woven into daily life. These tools are not limited to physical postures but are pathways to embodying harmony with inner and outer landscapes, cultivating resilience, and awakening the shared human heart.
Paititi practices thread throughout the journey. Offerings follow a three-fold rhythm designed to mirror both indigenous rites of passage and the Mahamudra view. This structure ensures your physical and spiritual journey remains grounded and integrated throughout each day.
Morning: Harmonizing the Vessel, we begin with gentle Qigong and breath awakening to harmonize the body, breath, and awareness. This practice prepares you for the day’s movement or trekking, ensuring you meet the landscape with a centered presence.
Daytime: Mapping the Landscape Our daytime hours are dedicated to teachings, experiential workshops, and dreamwork. These sessions are designed to relate your inner landscapes to the outer journey, creating a bridge between personal insight and the world around you.
Evening: Deep Integration As the day closes, we transition into simple meditations, reflection circles, and dream incubation. These practices allow you to integrate your experiences without overload, preparing the mind for rest and deeper subconscious processing.
These practices are offered as orienting technologies, rather than belief systems. We invite participants to engage with a spirit of discernment, humility, and profound respect for the living traditions of Nepal.
