Seth Quigg M.A.

Seth Quigg is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in Outdoor Education and International Adventure Travel. Since 2002, he has guided thousands of participants on expeditions spanning the globe, from the lush rainforests of Madagascar to the remote peaks of the Himalayas. His extensive leadership experience includes fourteen expeditions in the Himalayas, thirteen in the Andes, and four ascents, guiding on Mt. Kilimanjaro. Seth is a world-class river guide who has guided international rivers such as the Zambezi, Maha Kali, Salmon, Kern, Colorado, and Zanskar, in addition to multiple expeditions in the North American Arctic. In 2015, Seth founded his own international travel company, specializing in crafting transformative outdoor experiences. He has collaborated with numerous non-profit and commercial organizations to develop impactful and sustainable expeditions worldwide. In conjunction with adventure, Seth is deeply committed to fostering cultural connections. He strives to create opportunities for guests to engage meaningfully with local communities, cultivating empathy and mutual understanding. A core component of his philosophy is introducing participants to diverse lifestyles, inspiring a broader global perspective. Seth is a professional humanitarian photographer, holds a master's degree in education, is a certified wilderness first responder, and is a pioneer in bridging cultural and socioeconomic divides worldwide.

Nicole Blaser LL.M.
Co-Founder
Director of Sustainability
As a seasoned outdoor leader with over two decades of experience, Nicole has spent 250+ remote weeks guiding transformative wilderness expeditions across the globe. Her career began at 18 with the Student Conservation Association, and has taken her to the heights of Kilimanjaro, Mt Kenya, Illimani, Sajama, Denali, (where she was the first woman to snowboard down), and Mt. Logan’s (as part of the only 2003 team to successfully ascend the icefall). Nicole brings deep expertise in advanced climbing, snow science, wilderness medicine, and risk management. Career highlights include a 34-day Pacific Ocean sailing passage and training 15 Navy SEALs on a 30-day Alaska mountaineering expedition. Her leadership roles at Big City Mountaineers, the Conservation Corps, and NOLS demonstrate an understanding of organizational management and a commitment to creating transformational opportunities. Driven by her commitment to sustainability and the well-being of humanity, Nicole recently earned an LLM degree in Environmental Law and Policy. Her inner commitment includes a wellness practice rooted in 500+ hours of yoga teacher training, annual study of philosophy and practical application of yoga, and intensive meditation programs at the Crestone Mountain Zen Center. She is dedicated to the global movement toward a sustainable planet that elevates wellbeing for all humans.
